Welcome to Stock AI Studio ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated at stockai.studio. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may register using Google OAuth or email/password authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Service Description

Stock AI Studio is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate images, videos, and music using third-party AI models including but not limited to Google Imagen, Veo, and Lyria. The Service provides:

Image generation — text-to-image using models such as Imagen 4 and Nano Banana, with resolutions up to 4K.
Video generation — text-to-video using models such as Veo 2 and Veo 3.1.
Music generation — text-to-audio using models such as Lyria 3.
Media library — cloud storage and management of your generated assets.

4. Credits & Billing

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits based on the model, resolution, duration, and other parameters selected. Credit costs are displayed before generation.

4.2 Free Tier

New accounts receive 30 free credits. Free-tier accounts have access to image and music generation only. Free credits do not renew.

4.3 Subscription Plans

We offer paid subscription plans that provide monthly credit allocations and additional features. Subscription details, pricing, and features are displayed on our billing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Credits included with subscriptions renew each billing cycle and do not roll over.

4.4 Credit Packs

One-time credit packs may be purchased to supplement subscription credits. Credit pack credits do not expire.

4.5 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes subscriptions, credit packs, and any credits consumed during generation — whether or not the output meets your expectations. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates real individuals without consent.
Generate content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors.
Produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
Attempt to circumvent content safety filters or moderation systems.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service itself.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy, without refund.

6. Generated Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party AI model terms, you retain rights to the content you generate using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs.

6.2 Commercial Use

Generated content may be used for commercial purposes (e.g., marketing materials, stock media, social media content), subject to the usage policies of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable model provider terms.

6.3 No Guarantees

AI-generated outputs may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free of artifacts, errors, biases, or unintended elements. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.

6.4 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs (prompts, reference images, settings) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including:

Google AI (Vertex AI) — for image, video, and music generation models.
Stripe — for payment processing.
Supabase — for authentication and data storage.
Cloudflare — for hosting, CDN, and media storage.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party services.

8. Availability & Modifications

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or availability of specific models.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features, models, pricing, or credit costs at any time with reasonable notice.
Subscription plan changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stock AI Studio, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your generated content stored on our servers will be deleted within 30 days.
Unused credits are not refundable upon termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
